Common Problems that Invisalign Addresses

Crowding - When teeth are too tight together they can become crooked and cause discomfort, difficulty cleaning and lead to other dental problems.
Spacing Gaps - between teeth are generally undesirable cosmetically, but are also a dental concern for increasing the chance of tooth decay.
Crossbite - When lower and upper teeth are not aligned properly it can cause difficulty chewing and lead to jaw and other dental problems.
Overbite - Aside from generally being a cosmetic concern, overbites can also cause eating problems and dental issues

The Invisalign® Process

How Does Invisalign® Work?

A set of aligners are worn for 1 week, removing them only to eat, drink, brush, and floss.
As you replace each aligner with the next in the series, your teeth will move – little by little, week by week – until they have straightened to the final position the dentist has prescribed.
You will visit us approximately once every 6 weeks to ensure that your treatment is progressing as planned.
Total treatment time averages 6 months. This of course will vary from case to case.

The aligners are made through a combination of our dentists’ expertise and 3-D computer imaging technology provided by the Invisalign® company.

Several years ago, I was referred to Dr. Jose Abadin by Dr. Jeremy Green. After having a life threatening experience with a former dentist, I was looking for only the best. Jose Abadin and Abadin Dental is truly a family office, with a good part of the team working together for over 20 years. Dr. Abadin continually invests in the latest digital technology, that helps make the experiences more tolerable, for example; a crown can be complete with two hours. Invisalign is easy and readily suggested. Good dental hygiene and of course, a Sonicare toothbrush. I am 62 years old and thought I was too old for braces. I told the doctor that I would not wear those spacers on my teeth to correct the movement in my bottom front teeth. Then, after thinking about it for a week, I called in and said, “OKAY!!! tell him I will do it”. I am always happy to walk in the door. Every room has a tv with headphones so it's more of some time to myself rather than a dreaded visit to the dentist. The staff is extremely polite and pleasant.The office is very organized and appointments are almost always on time, I have never had to wait more than 5 minutes max, which is great considering I am a very impatient person. The office is PRISTINE, immensely important for a dental office and for me!!! Dr.Abadin's practice has the latest state-of-the-art equipment. The level of care is exceptional. Oh, and one more thing, he has a heart of Gold. He closes his office one day a month or so to treat underserved and special needs children that could otherwise not afford to get dental care. I went for dental hygiene 6-month Cleaning with Melissa. The office called that morning to remind me to medicate 1-hour before arrival as I have a heart condition that would be damaged if bacteria from teeth cleaning got into my blood. Looks Like your going to need a crown! The British Crown’s highlights of the Royal Wedding was airing on the TV as I sat in the dental chair, listening to it via headphones. I never felt or saw the needle administering my pina colada. I didn't even feel pain when my old cracked crown popped off like the cap on a bottle of RC cola. Dr. Abadin showed it to me, and told me the new crown, manufactured on the 3D digital printer was done and ready to be bonded with ultraviolet light. He popped it on with the adhesive, cured it with light, and I was good to go. He even put up the HD before and after pictures on the Jumbotron so that I could inspect the craftsmanship. “WOW!” I said. “That's what a crown should look like,” he replied. “Nah,” I said. “ That’s a Royal crown!” If you're already a patient at Abadin Dental, you know what separates them from the rest, but If you’re new in town, if your children hate going to the dentist, or if you just want a pain-free experience. Great experience from ease of scheduling and front desk staff, to dental assistant and Doctor. I had some questions regarding treatment options for cosmetic concerns. Dr Abadin took a lot of his time to explain options and did not try to sell me on most expensive and invasive treatment even though I know other places might have. Dr. Abadin clearly demonstrated the highest level of expertise through his evaluation and recommendations for numerous dental issues I'm having, including re-alignment of my teeth. He utilized a highly sophisticated scanning device to create a 3-D digital model of my teeth in real time that showed me exactly what they would look like after the procedure, which I thought was amazing! The office environment is very comfortable, relaxing and tastefully decorated. They have all of the latest modern technology you can imagine in a dentist office. I'm a huge fan of Abadin Dental. Amazing Experience!! Where do I even begin. I walked into the office which is very clean and modern. The staff at the front are incredibly friendly and the waiting room is bright with natural light shining in. They are very organized and you usually don't wait very long to go in. Once inside, the hygienist greets you and take you to the room where the cleaning will take place which is a very nice room with modern equipment and even a TV. The hygienists are all incredibly friendly and always converse with you to make you feel comfortable. They will even offer a numbing agent for your gums if you usually feel pain during cleanings. They give you some headphones and will put whatever you would like to watch on TV. You are usually so relaxed that even when they finish you don't want to get off the chair. Dr. Abadin is an amazing dentist that is extremely attentive and skilled. He will always take a look at your teeth after a cleaning to make sure you are good to go. Always takes x-rays to make sure he covers all bases. He is also extremely friendly and an easy guy to get along with. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend Dr. Abadin to anyone looking for a new dentist. Every time I go in it's an amazing experience to the point that I almost look forward to going and getting a cleaning (something I would have not been caught dead saying before.)
